During the workshop we’ll explore the particular characteristics of the Defined Throat Centre, it’s themes, gates and channels and how it might be impacting your work.
I’ll then take you through a HeartHealing® journey specifically designed to help heal any wounds here so that you can live out the highest expression of this centre.

Please note: this Workshop is designed for those with a Defined Throat Centre in the Human Design Chart ie this area is coloured in (make sure you check on a colour printer or online and it doesn’t matter what the colour is, as long as it’s not white).
